I have an incredibly important exam that I absolutely must pass, no questions asked that's due next month but I simply cannot get myself to focus.
It does not help that it's been pouring all week and I'd rather do anything than sit at my desk and study 😔✨

HI.
So I recently started interning at this company about ~3 weeks ago and so far I've hardly spoken to anyone other than HR, the head of my department and the mentor that was assigned to me.
How do I approach them???
I'm scared they'll think of me as some immature kid and honestly, I'm already a bit intimidated because they have years of experience and I'm basically a fresher who's still in college.
I joined this company with a close friend and so far we've been stuck like glue to each other which I'm so grateful for because it's easier having someone you know around, but also it would be so much better if I could talk to the other people in my department.
I'd be getting credits for this internship at college and I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to be interacting with my colleagues anyway (asking them what the department does, what are they currently working on etc), I just have no idea how to go about it.
I don't have any reason to approach them.
Most of them are super chill, (at my interview, the interviewer seemed more concerned with travel arrangements than anything else) so I would absolutely hate to leave a bad impression.
I have a month left.
Most of them are in their mid to late twenties so I figured I'd ask here for advice!
