Please help - I’m a first time home owner in Oregon. We just lost a full cash offer on our home because of these inspection findings. This was not documented in our inspection report when we bought the house in 2021.
When we asked our realtor if we should get it repaired or reduce the house price, she said ‘it’s whatever you guys want to do’

I’m currently in a divorce process and own the house 50/50 with my (soon-to-be-ex) husband. We’re just scraping by to pay the bills and have to live here until it’s sold.

What are the options for how to address this truss issue?

I’m trying to find an easy, clear pattern for this style of midi trumpet skirt - ideas or suggestions?!
I’m relatively new to sewing. I grew up doing it with my Grandmother who was a seamstress and got pretty good! I recently got my own sewing machine (Janome HD1000BE HD1000) and am picking up the hobby again. I started with simpler projects and now I’m feeling ready to take this one on!
