(NZ) Hello I have found a young well developed colony in a straw in my cupboard and have placed this in its own small terrarium. What do I need to provide them at this stage? They have only brood so far so I think they're still establishing themselves a population and I think she's not much larger than the workers I haven't found her yet. Any advice for NZ ants appreciated will be updated with photos :) My mini tank they're in has an orange red hue, ants can't see red light but would this be red enough for them? Or does it need to be true red?
