Hello, my max dose of Remeron was 22.5mg. I’ve titrated down to 7.5mg fairly easy. I tried to go to 3.75mg but failed. I reset and went from 7.5mg to 7 and am still struggling to sleep. I’ll sleep for 6ish hours and then be up. Any advice for how to get off the rest of the way. I crushed it up and put it in water. Is that effecting the absorption? Thanks.
