I'm doing pork side ribs for dinner. I was thinking of pairing with mashed potatoes, gravy, and peas. But, I'd love to hear some of your favorite sides to pair with ribs.

Made salad rolls last night and I have a lot of vermicelli rice noodles left. Looking for ideas. Preferably not stir fry.

I have a Chevy 3500 with a headache rack behind the cab. I'd like to make some kind of rack or tube cross-ways across the truck to store/transport bullfloat handles. I'm having trouble coming up with a good idea. I'd like to get those handles out of the bed of the truck. Anybody have some insight? Or pics of how you transport your handles?
