First time successfully keeping these alive 🏆

I'm struggling to take pictures that do these justice. I've had a few nepenthes over the years and have tried so hard to keep them alive, I got another two this year and finally they are ✨thriving✨ I'm so pleased 🥰

I'm anxious however what the next move is. There appear to be two plants in each pot, and one in particular is growing wildly high/off too one side. Are they still good with sharing their pots or do I need to re-pot them? I keep lowering the height I'm hanging them at, so that all the leaves can get light through the window, but how tall/long might it get? I am just so proud they haven't died or lost all their pitchers and are in fact growing new pitchers, that I don't want to do anything at all to risk upsetting them 🙈

Any advice will be super appreciated 🙏💕
