Heard arguing and saw two guys getting out of their cars yelling at each other for a long time, traffic piling up at the intersection. It looked like someone from across the street then came over and tried to reason with them. Then one of the arguing guys got back in his car and started to make a u-turn, but got out of his car again when the other guy was still yelling. My view wasn’t great but I think he punched another guy with red pants who went down, then he got back in his car and finished the u-turn and drove off. The guy with red pants was still laying in the street and people attempted to assist him. I saw his legs shaking. My perception is that he was concussed and had a seizure. Then people helped him out of the middle of the street to the sidewalk and cops and ambulances came. Anyone else see this and know what happened?
