Hey everyone! Has anyone dealt with this?

My wife was charged an extra €120 by MyHeritage for no apparent reason — we haven't even taken the DNA test yet, it's still sealed in the box. Has anyone experienced something similar? Is it possible to get a refund from them?

It's annoying that I have to switch the matchmaking option from Trios to Solo every single time—even though I always play solo. Add a checkbox to set it as the default, or save the last selected option (even between game sessions)

Sometimes you get killed right at the start of a round, and in the heat of the moment you rush to start a new match—only to suddenly find yourself in a Trios match.

I play on Xbox.
