LOW HUNGER DUE TO....

Can someone give some tips on how to manage when u r QUITING binge watching after a longtime. Since yesterday my hunger has decreased or I don't know it's the mood. I am unable to eat my daily calories, yesterday just had half of them! Do give some help guys.

Can't belive it's day 5, yesterday had some struggle, but posted here. Used the suggested tip, it's working so so happyyyyyy. Without this platform not sure if I had won. Also, for the first time ever felt like I was actually fighting back and not giving in!

HELP

Day 4 and was in the familiar environment. Having felt the begining of that same loop, the thoughts, Decided to ask here for help. I know i have to win and I will make it. Next hard part be coming in June when I come home tired. Do help me about when I am in the same environment and loop begins what should I do, leave the room?

BREAKING LOOP #d1

Today was my day 1 of no binge watching. Have used fam gc interactions, other social groups, daily tasks as replacements. The thing lurks in the background, had a meal without watching, feels weird. But, I have self belief. I know I will make it! This post is for all the people who struggle with breaking habits or old loops or crave binge watching. I am here after 5 to 6 years of struggle, but still working and trust me I can see the results. If any of you guys want some tips. Make sure to comment it below and wish me luck. Keep working fam 💝

BINGE CRAVE

Most used are these two, i have struggled with binge watching since 2020 and before that even just that I used to bing on t.v. now it's on the phone. Having an urge rn to not "nip it in the bud". But going for it! Do suggest some good help if u have succeeded in it.

TRACKING MY SCREENTIME

Trying to cut on my screentime, chrome/video watching is the biggest trouble, choosing other apps as replacement for this 🤞 let's hope it works. Also switching my phone off 1 night before and taking it 2 hours after I wake up is the best.

It's easy rn, but ik the urge peak is when it's the most difficult. Took a bath, fresh lemon body wash and got a good sleep schedule, going good so far 🎉

Let's hope we win, TARGET 1 : NO FA** till June 23rd.

Got a family gc, good breakfast. Begining is better and happier. Hope to reach out here when in need. Also, gotta put limits on screentime. Days seem normal until now cuz only a habit loop, but gotta be careful about what's coming ahead, stressful moments,boredom, gotta fyt them well 🎊🎊

Had the most or the best day of this month. Studied,relaxed,detox, healthy watching reading, did all of it. Most grateful, the best, most fulfilling day ever! 💥🎉🎊💓 Studied 50 mins 💜

D2 WEIGHT GAIN

Ok so I will be updating after every meal. Started with light breakfast. But the issue is with 1st, 2nd meal and peanut butter. It's hard over there. But, hope to eat the calories today!

DAY 2

Took a gusl on time, had a meal, being productive since morning. I feel at ease cuz I am not addicted only a compulsive habits loop. In this month, (3). But hope to not increase the no. And stay at this. 19th to 31st, no f___a___** hopefully, I win ! Will socialize, recite durood consistently, busy with studies, work etc. , be clean , bath regularly, no bore, no free. If urgent, I will post!

DAY 1

Today begining to quit this grave sin and hope to repent, do tauba and return to my rab and his people nd my nabi.

Have been struggling with it for so many years and now I hope to get through this with u all. I will post some progress everyday hoping for best response do help n encourage me ! It has impacted my life and I wish to leave it and be a winner. I begin but when that routinely urgent appears it gets very difficult, I will abstain from non modest shows, loneliness etc. stuff that leds to it. Also being on bed, free,bored, blanket, bad content will abstain from these triggers.
