Hey I was working out and a song came up when my playlist was on “discover”. I haven’t been able to find it since. It’s a 90’s group with an east coast sound kinda in the “horror core” genre. One of the rappers either sounds exactly like rza or it was him. The lyrics are pretty wild one of the punchlines was something bout the genocide of the Caucasian race. I liked the song but I cannot find it. It wasn’t the gravediggaz but the sound had some similarities.

I’m generally pretty measured with my takes on here but I’m going to attempt to call my shot and be early with this one. The footwork, the shotmaking, the polish in how he drifts/lifts and cuts. He plays like a young OG. Already has mastered reading closeouts and playing 0.5. It’s so difficult to project how high schoolers will develop physically and how their games will grow but if one or two things break right for him and the athleticism and playmaking get better I could see him having a Darryn Peterson type of breakout. Still remains to be seen though.

Pretty self explanatory. Coaching a 12 year old who is 6’1 and can’t do a full squat just plays incredibly upright. What are some strength training/mobility stuff I can do to help with that.
