I double (sometimes triple) cleanse my skin and somehow it made everything worse??

I’ll admit it, I’m kind of a clean freak. in my daily life, I usually wear full makeup to work or sometimes just sunscreen, so I really into doing double cleansing. I used to use a cleansing balm but recently I switched to cleansing oil, and so far I really like it. it feels super easy to use, and I feel like it leaves my skin feeling really soft afterward.
after that, I usually wash my face with a hyaluronic acid face wash. even after double cleansing, sometimes I still feel like my skin isn’t clean enough, so I go in with micellar water and a cotton pad right after washing my face. then I begin doing my skincare routine: toner (with a cotton pad again 😭), serum, and finally the egf skin barrier intensive cream from zipiderm.
everything was fine at first and I felt super clean after this triple cleansing routine. I started doing this about two weeks ago because I’ve been out a lot lately and feel like my face gets really dirty. but then, I realized some areas of my face started getting red and feeling a bit stingy for two days in a row, especially around the sides of my nose and upper cheeks.
i’m thinking maybe I’ve been over-exfoliating from using cotton pads too much? I honestly can get pretty aggressive when I’m cleansing because I just don’t feel clean enough if I only use cleansing oil + face wash, so I feel like I have to rub the cotton pad harder. thus now I’m wondering, is triple cleansing actually the problem, or should I just be switching to more moisturizing/hydrating skincare instead?

has anyone here actually had a facelift consultation at hugo plastic surgery?

i've been looking into facelift options in seoul lately, and honestly the more i research, the more confusing it gets. every clinic seems to have different terminology and different approaches, so it's hard to tell what actually matters when you're comparing them.

i recently came across hugo plastic surgery in gangnam while looking into facial lifting. what caught my attention was their focus on the deeper facial structures rather than treating sagging as simply a problem of loose skin.

i've been trying to understand things like SMAS lifting, deep plane techniques, retaining ligaments, and how surgeons decide where the tension should actually go. apparently, there's a lot more to a facelift than just pulling the skin tighter.

i'm still in the research stage, so i'm mainly trying to figure out what questions i should ask during a consultation. things like which technique would be appropriate for my face, how much of the result comes from repositioning deeper tissue, and what the expected recovery actually looks like.

has anyone here had a consultation or procedure at hugo? i'd especially love to hear what the consultation was like, whether they explained the surgical approach clearly, and how you felt about the overall experience.

not necessarily looking for someone to tell me "go here" or "don't go here" — just trying to get some real experiences before i make any decisions.
