SkyWatcher EQ60R Pro Mount Counterweight Balance Sensitivity Question

I've had this mount for a few years and it's received light to moderate usage. Until recently it was very sensitive to moving the counterweight up and down the bar to balance everything. I only need to use one weight and it sits about 2/3 of the way down the bar. Recently it's not nearly as sensitive. Instead of the balance changing after I move the weight an inch or so it now takes 4 to 5 inches of movement to see a noticeable change in the balance. This is occurring in warm temps. Even stranger is that it still tracks really well at 180s exposures. I'm concerned about damaging something internally. Any thoughts on what's causing this and how to fix?

Would Society Collapse if Dinosaurs Suddenly Reappeared?

The visuals are pretty funny, in a very dark way. You wake up one morning and dinosaurs have returned at their peak population. I imagine the collapse of society would be pretty quick.

Transit would come to a standstill. Dinosaurs chasing you as you try to get to your car. Once in the car they would chase it down the road and likely destroy it. Plane takeoffs and landings would be extremely dicey. Livestock would probably get eaten pretty quickly. Crops would go untended.

The military could possibly make a dent in the dangerous dinosaur population but that would probably take too long.

I think society would collapse very quickly, say 6 months, and dinosaurs would once again rule the earth.

Nervous About Making Connection

I booked our flight through British Airways. We were originally scheduled to land and depart from terminal 5. A couple of months after booking we were told we'd now arrive at terminal 3 and depart from terminal 5. We have 95 minutes to get from T3 to T5. Nothing is flagged on the BA site that it's a risky transfer. (Other airlines I've flown have noted this.) Never have been to Heathrow or flown with BA. Any recommendations on how to lessen the risk? Note that it's too late for me to make any changes.
