So swapped from stock intake to edelbrock 2101 performer, what on old system can I get rid of? The gaskets i used block the hot air passage but on the rest of the system what can I get rid of?

Installed a 2101 performer intake and it does not have a hole for a temp sending unit like the factory one did, idk what to do here. The temp sending unit used to be where the yellow circle is on the old intake
