Hi- I’m thinking about purchasing a new build home through Lennar, and was wondering what those of you who might have/had experience working with them think about the homes and company.

They also don’t seem to have as many options as KB for personalization- at least from what I’ve seen so far, so I’d love to know anyone’s experience with that!

I’m looking for a spot to have my daughters 16th birthday this coming December- preferably something near the northwest side that doesn’t cost me ten million dollars.

Her theme is very alt/emoish- so anything that could make that style of decorating easier would be awesome.
