Is it dumb to visit Palermo but then return from Catania airport?
Hello,
The question is very obvious. I plan to visit Palermo and around (specifically seaside like Cefalu), however when I looked at return flights to my city the one from Palermo is on 9 am, Saturday. However there is one from Catania on Sunday, cheaper, at 12:45, which will give me one extra day to explore Palermo. On google maps there seems to be a direct bus from Palermo center to Catania airport directly, of course a bit longer but Palermo airport is not so close to the city either.
Would it be too dumb to fly from Catania?
