Starfield has some amazing lighting. I’ve been taking some beauty shots of my recent ship builds and managed to capture some really scenes.

The Orchid was sitting in my fleet unused — it was just too ugly to fly. I wasn’t a fan of the cartoonish look. But aside from the obvious Batwing reference, it did look very familiar in another way: the huge wings reminded me of the iconic Dralthi from the Wing Commander series. So, I turned it into one. 😃 Hope you like it!

Used ASC Deimos

I guess I have a thing for small/medium-sized builds and aerodynamic shapes. 😃

Wanted to give ASC Deimos a shot (my first shipbuilding mod). This is my favorite build yet!

This was inspired by the Legionnaire from Star Citizen as well as similar silhouettes in the Pelican from Halo and the Cheyenne dropship from Aliens. Uses the canards, pylons, and fuel tanks from ASC Deimos.

It has a look that just makes you want to board other ships.

Inspired by the Sabre from Halo. I tried to keep it small and compact, but still very powerful for playability (not just aesthetics).

Only flip merges used was the cowling by the reactor and the landing gear on the underside.

Would love any paint job suggestions! — I had trouble finding something that would work well. The steel and yellow stripes give it very WW2 vibes. I was thinking of trying some Wing Commander-inspired paint schemes next.

This has been my daily driver for a while. Used flip merges extensively to hide equipment, cargo, and for the spine, tail, and winglets. Mostly a mixture of Deimos and Stroud, with some Nova and Taiyo parts. Has a captains’s quarters, control stations, and armory hab for RP.
