So thing are going good because i saw the surgeon yesterday for my 21 days scan and he tell me that even if i still cant put my feet on the ground i can move my ankle .
I just cant do what cause me pain , si moving my ankle little by little .
Any idea of exercice i can do to move ?
I already try to moving upward and forward (i think that it tell like that) and rolling a little even if right now its very ....mecanic .
I wait for idea , i want to get better as soon as possible !

Im sorry if its not clear , english is not my native language.
I had a malleolar fracture 2 week ago and have 4 week to do without putting my feet on ground After the surgery .
Im a very anxious person so maybe its dont help but im very afraid to not be able to live again .
I mean , i was a very active person and telling myself that i cant do any sport for a long time its a heart breaker .
I search for comfort , maybe people who live that too to tell me that going to be okay .
Its a very hard time mentally but its okay i know i can do with that but if people can talk about that it will be wonderful.
