Here’s next week’s lineup! The theme is apparently Euro Summer Week:

Chocolate Tiramisu Cake: A double-layered vanilla cake brushed with cream, stacked with chocolate whipped frosting, dolloped with mascarpone whipped cream, and dusted with cocoa powder.

Cannoli Cookie: Two thin waffle cone-rolled cookies sandwiching a classic cannoli cream filling, with edges coated in mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Crème Brûlée Cookie: A chilled brown sugar cookie partially rolled in turbinado sugar, topped with a torched creme brûlée topping.

Swedish Candy Cookie ft. BUBS™: A marbled strawberry and vanilla cookie mixed with dehydrated strawberry, topped with a swirled strawberry and vanilla mousse, dusted with a sour sugar, and finished with a Strawberry Vanilla BUBS™ candy piece.

Vanilla Chocolate Gelato Cookie: A brown sugar cookie rolled in waffle cone streusel, with a creamy vanilla gelato mousse inspired by Italian stracciatella, studded with chocolate shavings, drizzled with chocolate, and sprinkled with more waffle cone streusel.

Brownie Sundae: A gooey brownie cradled by crisp chocolatey edges, topped with velvety vanilla mousse, smothered in warm fudge, and finished with rainbow sprinkles and a cherry on top.

Rainbow Shake Cookie: A sugar cookie studded with colorful chocolate candies and topped with a creamy vanilla buttercream swirl mixed with more candy pieces.

Carrot Cake Cookie: A spiced carrot cake cookie swirled with cream cheese frosting and a crunch of pecan garnish.

Peanut Butter Bar Cookie: A chunky peanut butter oatmeal cookie smothered with rich chocolate fudge frosting.

Mississippi Mud Pie Cookie: A chilled dark chocolate cookie coated in chocolate graham crumbs topped with swirls of fudge, chocolate mousse, and whipped cream, finished off with a light dusting of cocoa.

Dirty Soda Tres Leches Cake: A chocolate cake, soaked in a dirty tres leches sauce. Topped with a house made coconut lime whipped cream.

Cola Brownie: A fudgy cola brownie topped with a rich fudge cola frosting.

Peach Bum Fizz Cookie: A tart peach sugar cookie rolled in a tangy sugar coating, topped with an orange and yellow peach mousse swirl. Dusted with sour sugar and finished with a peach ring.

Diet Cola Nilla Bean Cookie: A marbled chocolate cola and vanilla bean cookie topped with a swirl of creamy chocolate cola and vanilla bean mousse, finished with a crunchy wafer straw and a fresh lemon quarter.

Pink Berry Soda Cookie: A fluffy sugar cookie with a hint of citrus zest, topped with a marbled swirl of berry and lemon-lime buttercream, finished with a strawberry slice.

Shirley Temple Cookie: A tart lime sugar cookie rolled with grenadine sugar, topped with a Shirley Temple-inspired buttercream and finished with a maraschino cherry.

For changes coming up: thins will no longer be offered weekly, but as a rotational item. S’mores and Brownie Batter are no longer part of the Classics, and Classics will be reduced for all future lineups. Looks like it will be a throwback as only Pink Sugar and Chocolate Chip, but we will see.

Free Cookie Day is August 4th, but stores do have the option to opt out, so check before you go.

Free Sodas will now be all week long and you will have 6 options to choose from. You will receive a voucher in your account, but stores are told to still honor it if it’s someone that doesn’t have the app (like children or the elderly).

There will also be the Classic Menu and there will be NO THINS this week. (**There’s a chance there could be thins, but as of right now, thins are currently not on the menu. Will update if things change.)

Here is what the cookies will look like next week. We all know the one we’ve been dying to see is the Hot Cheetos Cookie (now officially called the Flamin’ Lime Crunch Cookie)! Lol! 😝 After seeing what it looks like, does it make you more or less likely to get it?! 🤔 (I’ve also included descriptions for the two new cookies, along with the Nerds Cookie [now officially called Berry Limeade Cookie ft. Nerds], which we haven’t had since 2022.)

\- Flamin’ Lime Crunch Cookie : A lime sugar cookie rolled in a spicy cheese crisp mixture topped with lime cream cheese frosting, then topped with a spicy cheese crisp streusel finished off with a spicy crunchy cheese crisp and a lime wedge

\- Wild Cherry Blue Razz Slushy: A fluffy tart lemon cookie rolled in sugar topped in a swirl of chilled blue raspberry and cherry mousse finished with sugar crystals

Berry Limeade Cookie ft. Nerds: A purple lime cookie topped with marbled strawberry lemon buttercream and a sprinkle of crunch needs and nerds clusters

And yup, the Dubai-Style Chocolate Thin Sandwich Cookie has an upcharge of $2.49 (that’s Canadian, just fyi).

Just ordered my cookies and was so pleasantly surprised to see that only the Key Lime Cheesecake has an upcharge?! I thought for sure all the desserts would have an upcharge (and mind you, this is Canada, so the upcharge in the US for the cheesecake will be less). Yay! And double yay that the photos actually look like what were leaked! Looks to be an amazing week!🥳🥳🥳

Even though I was bummed not to be able to try the Campfire Skillet Cookie, Caramel Apple Crisp Cookie (the reviews on these two cookies were killing me! 😫), or Cornbread Cookie (which I love), I have to say that Crumbl Canada did pretty well this week. It usually feels like we’re an afterthought whenever we differ from the US menu (hello, I’m still sore about not having gotten Pie Week last year! 😭), so I was relieved to see we got a pretty amazing menu ourselves. So for our American friends, in case you were curious as to what we had this week, here are my reviews. (I only showed cross sections of the Canada-exclusive items since I figure people have already seen what the other items look like.)

Disclaimer: I’m not picky and have an absolute love for all sweets, so my reviews are usually very generous. Lol. For example, it’s rare for me not to give any Crumbl item less than 5 stars ⭐️ on the app. You’ve been warned! Haha! 😆 Also, shout out to my local Crumbl for always making the cookies so aesthetic! And no shrinkflation happening for now! Phew! 😮‍💨

Nanaimo Bar - 5/5 * For all of you who were curious as to what an actual Nanaimo Bar looks like after having had the Nanaimo Bar Cookie a few weeks ago, here she is! I’ve had Nanaimo Bars many times before and I have to say Crumbl did a good job with theirs. I wish the bar were slightly thicker as it was thinner than I had expected. It had a much stronger coconut flavour and graham cracker presence than the cookie version. I loved the vanilla custard, and the chocolate on top reminded me of the Dubai brownie (texture-wise). Hmm, I wouldn’t mind a Dubai Nanaimo Bar, Crumbl! 😋

Maple Cream Sandwich Cookie - 5/5 * I loved this cookie the last time I had it and this time was no exception. I didn’t find the maple flavour to be overly prominent (they could make it stronger, in my opinion), but it reminded me of a bigger version of the maple cookies we have here in Canada.

Strawberry Shortcake - 5/5 * This was my favourite dessert this week! I’m a cake girl and I always love Crumbl’s Strawberry Shortcake. Fluffy cake, tons of whipped cream, and yummy strawberry jam - what’s not to love?

Summer Berry Tart Cookie - 4.5/5 * I saw all the terrible reviews on this, so went in with low expectations. It reminded me of a tart more than a cookie. I wish the cookie base was thicker, like a regular Crumbl cookie. However, as someone who loves their vanilla mousse, that was its saving grace. I thought the fruit made it refreshing and was a nice palate cleanser between the heavier items I got.

Saskatoon Berry Lemon Crisp Cookie - 5/5 * Even though I would usually choose apple desserts over lemon or berries, this was delicious in its own right. Saskatoon Berry is hard to describe - I’d say it kind of tastes like a mixture of blueberries, cherries, and almonds? It went really well with the lemon curd. This didn’t really taste like a cookie, but more like a crumble, which I was more than happy with. Hopefully Crumbl US does a Saskatoon Berry dessert one day (although not sure how they’d get this Canadian berry shipped to all the US locations 😂) so you guys get a chance to taste this unique berry!

Hoping that one day, Crumbl can do a joint venture with both US and Canada so that we can get all the desserts from both sides of the border! Actually, the Crumbl workers might die, so scrap that idea! 🫣
