Traveling to South Korea and will be traveling to a few cities. What is recommended for data coverage during travel. Is it cheaper to get service from outside before travel or is it cheaper in the country?

Termed HAP
Please let me know if this is the right sub to post this question or not.
What’s the best course of action for a landlord when the HAP contract termed midway through the lease due to some issue with the voucher holder? I filed an FTPR and the tenant’s lawyer is arguing the lease has expired (mentioned in the HAP) and so the tenant is not liable for rent. I have filed a THO and I’m awaiting the 60 day wait period before filing for eviction. I’m currently in the hole for 3 months of rent + court and lawyer fees. Any advice/direction is helpful. The housing commission responds with “legal/compliance is working with the tenant meet the guidelines to reinstate the HAP”. However, there is no timeline to this. Is THO the best way to get an eviction?
