Had a quick, easy, air conditioned ride home after the fireworks. Even got a seat! Brief line for the escalator, and then only a five minute wait for a train; everything ran smoothly. What a treat after an ordeal on the mall. Thanks for making the ride to and from easy!

Hopped on a train after work, and who was right there in a great pin striped suit with a Metro logo! I said hello, we talked about home stations, and had a brief chat about which line is better to ft Totten (red line for the view). Randy - thanks for taking the time and being friendly to a random fan! It's a great system with a lot of great people making it work.
