Hello, I have never sewn before but always wanted to try it out - so I am thankful for your input if and how I should give this project a try!

I want to
reduce the size of the breast/ bust area (by folding it like in the video)
add a brapadding
into this one layered/ thin dress.

Regarding 1: is there any way to stich it in a way, that the stitches are invisible? Or is sticking with glue the better way herefore?

Regarding 2: the dress has an adjustable underwire (made of a band, the same material for the dress), it can be tightened by pulling on it. I marked it with a red pencil, on the picture where the „underwire“ goes.

I put a video how I am thinking of stitching it (by folding it to a smaller bust).

How would you sew it?
