Hi, I’m making Aliyah this year and I’m having a hard time financially and was wondering if anyone knew or had ideas to help pay for things such as the many apostille documents we need done and obviously much more bureaucracy.
My name is Ashleigh, and I am fundraising to help my mum access private medical care and specialist support.
My mum has been living with several serious long-term health conditions, including fibromyalgia, Crohn’s disease, chronic swelling (oedema), and an eye condition that affects her vision. Over time, these conditions have had a devastating impact on her health and independence.
She is now largely housebound and faces daily challenges with pain, fatigue, mobility, and managing her medical needs. Despite her strength and determination, the impact on her quality of life has been significant.
Like many families, we are incredibly grateful for the NHS, but long waiting times and the complexity of her health needs mean that we are looking for additional specialist support where possible. We hope to raise funds to help cover the costs of private consultations, diagnostic tests, specialist assessments, treatments, physiotherapy, and other medical support that could improve her quality of life.
Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly towards helping my mum access the care she needs and deserves.
