2nd OB appointment was only 10 mins
I just had my second obstetrician (private) appointment today and it was only 10 mins. I was asked for my general health, did an ultrasound (but wasn’t told about the fundal length), listened to the heart beat. Following the scan I was not offered any opportunity to ask for any concerns or any questions I had. I’m unsure if this was just an off day for my OB where there may have been a lot of other things going on. I had questions surrounding the birth and whilst this is still early in the journey, I’m confused as to why I wasn’t able to ask questions. Has anyone experienced anything similar? At the moment I haven’t been even told a confirmed due date, my previous OB did calculations based on my menstrual cycle length, provided a due date which didn’t change. Basically I’m just confused.
