help - hope do I navigate this?

it suggested 9 eggs a day worth of choline! I don’t know how I would even do that. I worry about supplementing due to its research and cardiovascular issues and my LDL is already slightly elevated. I take a methylated b complex from seeking health but recently stopped it and started with b2 and would ideally like to try dietary folate. I was feeling over methylated even though COMT is normal (not fast nor slow - intermediate). BMHT is normal if that means anything. I don’t know at this point i’m open to anything. aside from anxiety I feel fine. no symptoms that anything is off. 32F.

Medicaid eligibility (PA) after losing from a small inheritance.

My FIL is a low-income disabled man, who makes around 1200/month from SSD. He struggled financially a lot of his life. He received an inheritance last year of 35k and has spent it down to 14k so far but in the midst of that he was kicked off his Medicaid waiver services and lost skilled nursing. As a result, he has no care at home which he desperately needs. He refuses to pay for it among other things that question his cognition however there's nothing doctors will do. We're trying to convince him to place his remaining funds that are over the asset limit into some sort of account or trust but if he isn't able to remove the funds upon need of something, he is unlikely to agree. I wanted to see what options he has. He became disabled at 48 and he is currently 65. He essentially needs at least 12 hours a day of long-term care.
