I’m super bummed because I got my blue Reef set in the mail yesterday from the Gone Bananas drop and unfortunately the fit is awful on the sides. it’s almost like the waistband is too big for the shorts which creates a weird crinkly pooch when you put them on. see pic. anyone else have this issue? Waiting for reply from customer service regarding getting the restock fee waived.
I was on trays 5/25 but unfortunately lost the aligners today. I’m on weekly tray changes every Friday. I called my orthodontist’s office to see if I should move backward or forward a tray until my appointment next week. They advised that I try tray 6/25, that as long as it fits okay there shouldn’t be a problem, and that I could send a pic or video so they could confirm it looks okay. Unfortunately I work 12h days with nobody available to bring the trays so not only were they out for 10+ hours but I wasn’t able to send my orthodontist the video until after office hours. Which I advised them about as well.
Do these trays look like they fit? I feel like they look a little iffy and I should maybe go back to 4/25 before I go to bed and until I hear back from them tomorrow. But maybe I’m just being overly nitpicky. Thanks in advance.
