Hi. This is a bit of a weird one.

The official Yu-Gi-Oh Tournament Policy states that when an uncontrolled infinite loop occurs, a judge is to be called so that they determine which card is the most responsible for the infinite loop and send it to the Graveyard.

If this happens while "Macro Cosmos" is face-up on the field, will the card chosen by the judge be sent to the GY (as it is stated in the Tournament Policy documentation) or will it be banished ?

"Gladiator Beast War Chariot" : When a monster effect is activated, while you control a "Gladiator Beast" monster: Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it.

If I understand rules and PSCT correctly, if a card or effect says "do A, and if you do, do B", you need to be able to do both A and B in order to activate the card or effect.

If a monster is in the GY, it cannot be destroyed. So you cannot "do B". Why then can we still activate "Gladiator Beast War Chariot" to negate the effect of a monster in the GY ?

My opponent controls "Domain of the True Monarchs" and has no Extra Deck, and we each control 1 Tribute Summoned monster.

Can I use my one Tribute Summoned monster as Material for a Fusion / Synchro / Xyz / Link Summon ?

My opponent controls a face-up Dimensional Fissure.

I control a Number 24: Dragulas the Vampiric Dragon, which states "If this face-up card in its owner's control is sent to your GY or banished by your opponent's card effect: You can Special Summon this card in face-down Defense Position."

If I get rid of my own Dragulas with Dark Hole or by Tributing it or using it as a Material for a Summon, can I activate its effect in a new chain after it is banished ?

Dragulas was removed from the field by my own actions, but it is my opponent's Dimensional Fissure that got it banished.
