Best tickers for options shorter than weeklies?

I sell mostly weeklies on a couple tickers which has worked for me to varying degrees over the past couple years. However, I'm also attracted to the idea of selling daylies (or mid-week expiry options) because I just love the quick theta burn. I'm looking to sell on tickers that are on the less volatile side, or at least on companies that I'm fairly confident will eventually go back up even if they go under my strike price for some time. I've done this a few times with META and it's worked pretty well; does anyone else have any tickers they might do this with?

Flair-up vs re-tear

I'm three weeks post op for hip impingement and a labral tear on my left side. I posted another thread about how this past Monday I accidently dropped onto my butt from about a foot up onto a hard stone bench (no weird twisting in the leg or anything, just misjudged the hight and sat down hard with a jolt) and was wondering if I could have damaged anything. I didn't get any responses, so I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me more generally how to distinguish between a flair up and something being actually messed up in the surgery site.

I've had some deep waves of pain up my back the first couple days after I fell. Since then, those waves have mostly gone away, but I hurt all around the hip; my glute hurts in multiple areas, the groin sometimes hurts, the side of my hip hurts, I have some burning down the leg (although this existed before too), my lower back hurts, it all just hurts. Last night, the pain was bad enough that I actually took some Tylenol again after having been off of painkillers for about a week. I will say that it's not constant, bad pain, but it's been about a week and I'm still not feeling good.

The thing is, in addition to sitting down hard, the last week I also started being more active. I went to the gym to lift fairly lightly on seated machines, I've been walking around like a couple miles a day, I cycled like 30-40 min instead of the 15-20 my therapist was having me do. I also, trying to be very slow and carefully, started to have sex with my gf again.

All this is to say, I may have been overly active and just really irritated the hip, but I'm not sure how to distinguish over use irritation with a re-tear. I've seen some threads on here say that it's really hard to re-tear the labrum, and my lhys therapist said he really doubts it's a re-tear, but I also have some hip displasia so idk if it makes tearing more likely. If anyone has any info on how either general flair ups or tears feel, it would be great to hear it. Thanks.

Sat down hard after op, radiating pain in back now?

I'm almost three weeks post op for surgery in the left hip to fix impingement and a labral tear. Cam off of crutches a week ago and I've been pretty careful, but I had a small mishap this past Monday. Basically, after having a drink or two I went to sit on a stone bench, misjudged its hight slightly, and ended up plopping down hard straight down in my butt. I probably dropped like 8-12 inches (not really sure)? Wasn't really a "fall", but there was a bit of a jolt.

Anyways, I didn't feel significant pain then (but IDK if that's because of the alcohol), but my glute did hurt and I had a bit of groin pain. The past couple days however, I've been getting like deep kind of waves of pain around my groin, but even more so around my lower left back (same side as hip). However, the hip itself has generally felt ok, like I don't feel acute pain around the joint and have been walking fine.

What I'm wondering is, is something like this enough to damage the surgical site? And is this pain from the hip even if I'm not really feeling it there? I dont want to be too sensitive, but the occasional waves of pain I've felt since Monday are different from what I was feeling before that since the surgery. I also was getting some pain and a bit of numbness down the leg before that, so I'm not sure if I just irritated nerves in the lower back or glutes. Thanks all.

I'm about a week and a half post-op for arthroscopic surgery to correct hip impingement and repair my labrum. I've been feeling pretty rapid improvement over the days and have been trying to be very careful to not make any movements that would damage the surgery site. However, I'm prone to health anxiety so I was wondering if anyone could give me answers on a couple questions about how fragile the hip is immediately post surgery.

For example, I've been wearing my hip brace everywhere, except I take it off to put my leg in the CPM machine, ice it etc. I've also sometimes been leaving it off if I just need to get up to grab something really quick or go to the bathroom, or when I get out of bed I'll sit up and then put it on once standing. I'm always pretty careful to not put my hip in deep flexion, but occasionally I'll realize that when I was sitting up or sitting down on the couch, my hip may have been around or slightly past 90 degrees.

So my question is, is it possible to mess up the repair by just standing up or moving like I have been? Would I know if I did mess something up? I've been very careful with stopping what I'm doing if it hurts, but the moments of deep flexion that I'm worrying about never really produced any pain or anything. I also kind of tripped and caught myself on the wall, but put most of my weight on the operated leg like 4 days post surgery. I again didn't really feel a lot of pain or anything, but is something like this enough to cause damage?

Thanks and I appreciate any information.

I just got surgery for hip impingement and a labral tear this past Thursday. Been a bit painful these past couple days and have been making sure to get help from family for most movements. However, I had a check in with the doc and he was saying I can walk at least some (in fact, that I should be walking more, putting more weight on the leg not just hobbling around with the crutches and one let).

What I'm not entirely clear on is what my timeline is for walking and how far I can go. First two days I barely moved, yesterday I walked around the apartment complex. But I have errands in stores near me. Can I slowly walk like a half mile or so with crutches? Also what is the timeline for walking more and more? Just curious about people's experiences. Thanks.
