Offroad ride on for 3 year old

Hello - I am looking for a ride on for a 3 year old that can handle driving on grass and dirt, but I don't need it to necessarily move fast. Ideally, these are the features I would like:

  1. Ability to drive on grass/dirt (must have)
  2. Two seats (important, but not an absolute dealbreaker)
  3. Seatbelts (is this uncommon? I'd like to have it but not sure if many of these type of toys have them)
  4. Remote (would be nice, but not a dealbreaker)
  5. Good build quality/customer support
  6. No modding required (I just don't have the time right now)
  7. I do NOT care about extras like Bluetooth speakers or anything like that. Seems like unnecessary fluff to me that will just break or not work correctly
  8. Ideally, my budget would be under about $750

In my brief research thus far, it seems that many people like Peg Perego, and Best Choice Products also gets some fairly good reviews. So I've found the following 2 choices that stand out so far. Can you all let me know what you think?

Peg Perego 12V 900 RZR

  • I was leaning toward this one, but then noticed it doesn't have seatbelts (like the Pro version does), and it also doesn't have doors. So I'm concerned that my child could just fall out. Is that common for new drivers on these things?
  • I was also a little concerned about this one only being 12V and not being able to handle grass/dirt because of that. Do y'all think it could handle offroading fairly well?
  • I also know that this one doesn't come with a remote

24V 2-Seater Electric Ride-On Car Truck

  • This one seems pretty good overall, but my main concern is the brand. Is BCP known for being a pretty good brand? Seems like Peg Perego is more widely recommended for build quality and spare parts
  • This one comes with a remote, but curious if others have had good experience with that feature
