Right now, many survivors of rape are told their trauma "happened too long ago" to deserve justice. That's not okay.

I started a petition to change the statute of limitations on rape to unlimited. Here's why: About 69% of sexual assaults go unreported because survivors need time—sometimes years—to process what happened to them and find the courage to come forward. An arbitrary deadline shouldn't punish them for healing at their own pace.

Plus, DNA technology has made it possible to solve cases decades later. Removing these time limits means we can actually *use* modern forensic science to bring perpetrators to justice, no matter when the crime occurred.

States like California and New York have already done this for certain sexual offenses. It works. It sends a message: we believe survivors, and justice matters more than an outdated deadline.

If this matters to you—or if you know someone who's been hurt by this system—consider signing and sharing. What would you want someone to do if this was your family?

Help Change the Rules So Emotional Support Dogs Can Go With Their Owners

My support dog is an Australian Shepherd with severe anxiety—and she's literally the only reason I can leave my house. Living with agoraphobia means simple things like grabbing food or stepping outside feel impossible without her there. I'm not alone in this.

Right now, emotional support animals (ESAs) aren't allowed in most public spaces, even though they're different from service dogs and genuinely life-changing for people with anxiety, depression, and other mental health struggles. About 40 million Americans deal with anxiety disorders—and many of us depend on our ESAs to function. I started a petition asking policymakers to update these outdated rules and let ESAs accompany their owners with proper documentation and identification.

With a little change in policy, people like me could actually participate in the world again without risking a panic attack. If this resonates with you—or if you know someone whose mental health could be transformed by having their support animal by their side—consider signing and sharing. Have you or anyone you care about struggled with something like this?
