If you started with a bronze 5 account how quickly do you think you could get to gold hours wise and who is your main and backup?

If you started with a bronze 5 account, how quickly do you think you could get to gold (how many hours do you think it’ll take approximately) and who is your main and backup? (I’m pretty confident with Moira but given bans and teammates taking her I end up using a backup and usually lose. Been playing for over a year and over 300 hours)
