Has anyone ever had this happen? I just received my final bill from Hertz and noticed Fuel Purchase Option was added to my rental despite me never having selected that in the original online hold for the car which I have documentation for.

First of all, wtf and what an absolute garbage company (I have to go through them for work or I would have chosen… anyone else).

Second, has this happened to anyone else and were you successful at getting it refunded?
