1979 Home- Inspection showed deck needs repairs due to sinking in the middle, chimney flashing, one spot outdoor needs to be graded- long term water damage in one corner of the basement with mold present. Inspector wanted to bring in a foundation guy who said the wall is bowing (less than 1in) and needs 12 carbon fiber straps, replace the windows on that wall and bury the pipes/extend the downspouts outdoors. Should I walk?
