Mama Cozzi's Breakfast Pizza
I have not had many frozen Aldi Pizzas I didn't like, but this one is delicious. Plenty of bacon and pork belly crumbles, and not too much pepper and onion. Tons of cheese and the biscuit crust is crispy yet chewy. 8/10

I love the Reggano hamburger helper skillet kits as well. Quick cooking on the stove in 8 minutes before al dente. Plenty of liquid cheese for the amount of pasta. 8/10
Former stray in January we fed at our door, she is a cuddly part of the family now. She sleeps in between me and my wife at night.
I had the rye barrel aged variant of this beer in 2017, but this one has been in my fridge for a while since I moved from Michigan in 2020. This tastes a lot like Plead the 5th on malt complexity and hop bitterness, but with some added star anise flavoring that is very complimenting to the base imperial stout. 4.34/5
Been a while since I had this, but my wife loves this beer after having it on tap, so we got a 6 pack at total wine. Great balance between a tripel and a lightly funky sour. Crisp and smooth finish without puckering acidity. Mild warming of 9.5%. Tripels have always been my favorite style.
Boat is a big 15 lb Nebelung uncle. Not a big fan of the kittens most of the time, but he secretly loves them when they are calmed down.
There are 5 in the house from a Tuxedo stray we rescued off the street/apartment complex parking lot in January. Stormy(Male) on the left, Graycyn(Female) on the right. Gray cats are my favorite. Boat is a Nebelung and over 15 lbs. We are keeping Graycyn from the litter, and will have 6 in the house, there are 10 right now. Litter box cleaning is a full time job! All 5 kittens are going to be Medium/Long Haired, they already have the ear tufts and bottle brush tail growing in.
So I learned that Fn-F12 locks out the windows key, but I didn't know until the snipping tool shortcut wouldn't work. Wake up to new Chrome tabs with a long line of random characters. Also somehow opened the Nvidia screen capture function?
9 weeks old. The mama Roxy is getting her spay staples out tomorrow, she is doing great. They love comfort nursing still.
I haven't ordered from a pizza place in probably a year. Even my favorite NY style places are charging $20 for a large pie. This is still around $7 and the bag of room temp pepperoni is around $3. Crispy and great meat to crust ratio!
Seriously awesome. Very jammy tart blueberry and vibrant lime juice flavors with a sweet agave finish. Bit of light pucker drying the finish on acidity. Around $12 for a 1.5L bottle. 13.9% is barely noticeable, it'll sneak up on you. My only real complaint is that the lime juice is a bit perfume-like. 4.1/5
Tons of bourbon barrel and charred oak presence. A bit of spirit astringency. I cellared this one myself, but it wasn't much different than a 2015 I reviewed 10 years ago. 4.2/5
I actually have not had this in probably a decade. Always preferred Noel in the 750ml. Just learned that they now have BB dates on these cans, likely a year from canning. BB 1/6/2027 on this one, Julian dating. Fantastic beer all around. Love their yeast character fruitiness, balanced with caramel, toasted bread, and lightly coffee/cocoa malts. I'll pick up some Tremens next at Total Wine!
Roxy the mom was spayed yesterday and she got staples so she can still safely nurse and not risk opening the surgical wound. She was in heat and now a lot more calm and quiet.
A bit of a challenge using my PC, but I'll let them snooze.
