my lian li fans won't go past 600rpm
when i was looking at my fan speeds in bios i saw that my lian-li fans weren't going past 600rpm, weird i went and tried to make them speed up but they wouldn't. i looked and checked if i had wired things wrong but everything seems fine. i tried a bunch of things but nothing worked so i'm at a loss, if anyone knows this issue or has maybe a solution that would be great.

3x lianli uni fan sl-inf 120 (reverse blade
1x lian li uni fan sl-inf 140
1x lian li hub thing (came with box of the 3 reverse fans)
1x msi b840 mobo
