Initially, my xbox one was saying every disc was dirty or damaged. That was fixed about a year ago. Now, when I put a disc in, it doesn't open the game and it doesn't even say that the disc is dirty or damaged. I've tried just cleaning the disc anyway and trying again, but it still doesn't say anything. It just doesn't even register that there's a disc to read. I can hear the disc spinning too, but nothing happens.

I've tried restarting it, unplugging it, clearing persistent storage, hard power cycle, angling it, tilting it, and flipping it vertical. Nothing works. I'm just trying here to see if there's something I can do before taking it apart to see if something's wrong internally.
