Hello Monstera experts!

I was gifted a monstera five years ago and it grew from three small leaves to 18 leaves, and a month ago, I finally was forced to propagate

I’ve had these two clippings in water for about five weeks and was shocked to see how many roots have already grown

Are these ready to plant?

What type of pot do you recommend?

I’ve seen a variety of soil suggestions, I am going to the garden store and wanted to ask if you all have favorite recommendations for what type of soil to start a new planting
