47k subscribers, 9.3M views... which number would impress you more?

I came across two channels today.
One had 47k subscribers and over 9 million total views.
The other had 420k subscribers but fewer total views.
Made me realize I judge channels very differently than I used to.
Which one would impress you more?
Quick question for YouTube creators

Have you ever unsubscribed from a creator you used to watch every week?
If yes, what changed?
My YouTube video reached 300k views but earned less than a 40k view video
I always assumed more views automatically meant more money.
Apparently not.
The 300k view video earned noticeably less than another upload that only reached around 40k views.
Made me realize niche and audience matter way more than I thought.
Has anyone else had something similar happen?

How many subscribers did you have before your first video crossed 10k views?
reddit.comHitting 100 subscribers felt better than hitting 1k... anyone else?
Maybe this sounds weird, but reaching my first 100 YouTube subscribers felt way more exciting than some of the bigger milestones that came later.
I still remember checking the number every few minutes and getting excited every time it went up by one.
Now the channel is bigger, but that feeling isn't quite the same anymore.
Anyone else have a small YouTube milestone that felt more memorable than a much bigger one?
