Flexing wall mounted toilet

Flexing wall mounted toilet

Commercial building with wall mounted toilets. Virtually all move out from the wall a hair when weight is applied, fine. Installing contractor did not use a flexible friendly caulk between fixture and wall so many are cracked and I get call-outs for it, fine. But I have one toilet that flexes out maybe more than most. Its already 3/8ths away from the wall and putting my foot on it, it comes out maybe another 3/8ths. Should I be concerned? If so, what to do?

Or should I just apply some silicone sealant over the cracked caulk and walk away?

I've been T1D for little over a year, aquired as a side effect from cancer treatment. Overall, I've learned to manage it relatively well with help of good doctors and a BGM. I use a combination of 4 hour Humalog and long acting Tresiba. But I have an issue of keeping my level even overnight. I usually have a dinner of about 50-60 carbs after a dose of Humalog that should last about 4 hours. After about four hours, my BG will start to climb, often setting off an alarm and I do my best to make a correction dose with sleepy eyes. I thought this is what the long acting insulin is for. My endocrinologist is stumped and is against increasing my long acting dose. The ratios for the rapid acting during waking hours seem to be dialed in. I never had insulin "run out" during the day, my carb count is always covered. Only thing that helps at night is taking in considerably less carbs, like 20. My doc is suggesting a pump but my job is fairly active and have lost just my BGM 3-4x already. I'm still undergoing cancer treatment so that could be a factor. Anyone else have a similar experience? What do you do?

This group has been extremely helpful to me. I would be grateful for any input. Thank you.
