Blue Tokai might just be the GOAT of customer service
I had ordered 3 boxes of their Americano Drop Coffee concentrate, along with around 500g of ground coffee beans.
When I tried their Americano concentrate, it was a bit too sour, like how coffee tastes when it's under extracted. I gave them the same review on the app, not expecting anything, but hoping they would resolve the issue in the future.
They immediately reached out to me, and asked me for the batch number etc so they could check with their internal team. As an interim measure, they told me they would ship 2 replacement boxes of the Americano Drop Coffee.
Frankly, I didn't want it, as I was quite put off by the first box. Therefore, I mailed them requesting them to ship 1 box of Sea Salt Mocha and 1 box of Signature instead, and that I would return the 2 unused boxes of Americano, and pay the difference, if any.
