Which iOS version offers the best SOT on the 13 mini, I noticed the latest iOS 26.4 offer great standby time. However, the SOT takes a hit. Offering only three and half hours of screen time, also the fact that using more than 2 apps simultaneously heats the phone up that I can use it to iron my t-shirt. My battery health on my 13 mini is at 95%
I am planning to downgrading to iOS 18.5, any help on which iOS version offers the best SOT, would be much appreciated.
Finally can retire my iPhone Xr, I just got a refurbished 13 mini 512Gig variant for about $250, having used slab phones 6.7 and 7inch devices I have been looking around for a mini device that can easily fit in my already tiny hands which I can use easily with one hand and without my pinky finger feeling the strain of holding a nano dumbbell with one finger.
On the contrary, I had an iPhone 15 for a brief period I hated the UW camera on it, after nearly paying $700 for it, while the type C feature was a boon, the size wasn't I wanted something much smaller to get rid of my doom scrolling addiction with TikTok.
The XR did serve me quite well for nearly 6 years, the only other phone that lasted that long was my Nokia 3315 back in a day and my BB8520.
Now I am happy to have two of the best small devices 1 android (Zinwa Q25) and 1 Apple (13 Mini) both of which will not pull my pants to the floor (lol.) Just waiting for the 13 mini to be delivered and I shall achieve nirvana finally!
