Hypothetically, how can a person spend 1 week in prison with minimal impact on his/her future?

Let's say a hypothetical person has on his/her bucket list to experience first-hand what prison feels like. He/she knows he/she can watch documentaries, read accounts, but still believes the best way to understand is to go through it.

What kind of crimes, hypothetically, can he/she commit such that:

  1. The sentencing will be quick
  2. It will be roughly a week to two, not exceed two weeks
  3. The impact on his/her future freedom is minimal (mainly relating to the ability to travel overseas)? He/she is self-employed so the criminal record is not a concern for practical concerns.

As much as it may sound like a troll, this is 100% a genuine question, and I genuinely appreciate all replies. Thank you.

Blaming Everyone & Society for All My Problems

I know it's something one ought to be ashamed of, but many a time I find myself very upset & angry with my family, how I was raised, and even society at large.

On the one hand, I guess it might be because I'm projecting my unhappiness onto the world and trying to absolve myself of responsibility.

But on the other hand, I feel like i'm justified too?

For example, I feel like society as a whole is messed up in many ways. We (or perhaps, just my family) have become hyper-independent, we've prioritised the pursuit of money, career, and success too much to the point we have neglected connection, concern, and I guess the things that make us human?

Like I look at the people in countries in Tuvela or the island of Santa Cruz del Islote, where people seem to be tight-knit and not status conscious. And while they have their own problems like climate change, it feels like they have a strong sense of community, a life that is more towards our human nature?

And then I wonder what the incidences of personality disorders / shame in such places & cultures are, and if it is indeed low as I'm guessing, perhaps then it is true that our environment - not just our parents because imo they're shaped by our environments too -, is rightfully to blame even though it reflects poorly on us?

For example, if say a person in Lahore, where the air pollution is terrible, gets lung cancer. Surely it is fair and justified for them to blame their society, isn't it?

Does anyone go through the same too? Curious to hear about your thoughts.
