Hi everyone,

I'll be joining NLUJAA this August for my LL.M. and I'm currently looking for a 1BHK flat.

Requirements:

• 1BHK
• Semi-furnished or fully furnished
• Budget: ₹10,000–14,000/month
• Preferably suitable for a student living alone

Since I'm new to Guwahati, I'm a bit confused about which locality would be the best. So far, I've been recommended Jalukbari, Amingaon, and Adabari Tiniali. I visited some of these areas today, but I'd really appreciate insights from people who actually live in Guwahati or have studied at NLUJAA.

I'm looking for a locality that has:

• A decent residential/apartment community
• Good connectivity to NLUJAA
• Daily essentials nearby (grocery stores, pharmacies, etc.)
• A generally student-friendly environment

If anyone has recommendations for localities, knows of any available flats, or can share contact details of landlords or reliable brokers, I'd be extremely grateful.
