Navigo Liberté+ not working
Hey all! I’m having an issue with my Navigo Liberté+ card. The card gets rejected at the metro and bus.
I’ve been using it for 2 months before it stopped working.
Also noticed something odd in the My Navigo app: my card preview has a red background/circle behind it, while my husband’s shows blue (same account type, both Liberté+). Screenshots attached. Anyone know what the color difference means, or if it’s related to the issue I’m having with the card not being accepted?
Any help appreciated, trying to figure out if this is a card fault or an app glitch.
