Sa mga leasing officers ng malls, HOW DO YOU DO IT?

Currently employed as leasing for a commercial mall. Not really in the top 3 (not Ayala, SM, or Robinsons) kaya struggle talaga magpa-lease out. Masasabi ko lang ay siguro 2nd tier mall ito. What makes matters worse is that grabe ang expectations agad ng manager ko kahit less than 2 weeks pa lang ako sa kumpanya kasi sila (I wasn't connected yet) yung naipit when something happened (can't disclose pero double time AKO ngayon). So parang naging kasalanan ko pa na in the 1.5 weeks I've been with the company, wala pang nag-ssite visit sa kanila e wala pa ngang umoo sa kanila due to numerous factors — 1) the economy, 2) CORPORATE BUREAUCRACY. One approval will take weeks. Tas malas ka pa pag declined ka kasi panibagong pangungulit naman.

Ako naman, sobrang nappressure rin dahil ang bungad sakin ni manager ay dapat may mapasok ako in my first month. Mahirap rin kase on my end dahil yung mga hinahanap nila ay major brands, e mga nag-pull out na sila dati sa amin.

1.5 weeks pa lang ako dito pero napapagod na agad ako kaka-cold email or text. Haha. Wala akong madyadong contacts, wala ring load allowance to call landlines, and through email naman walang sumasagot.

How do you do it??? Sourcing is the worst part of leasing for me sa totoo lang as a non-confrontational, introverted ferson lalo na sa mga di ko kilala. Haha. Am I in the wrong career???? I entered leasing kasi I wanted to shift to mall operations next. Need advice plsss 😭
