I have two jades whose roots are very tangled so they grow in one small pot (like 8 cm). The left one definitely started to take resource and water from the right one, the right one looks wrinkly when the left one is plump. Can I do anything about it to make the right one plumper? I'm afraid to cut the roots but maybe it is what needs to be done?

They are in a terracota pot in a mix with a lot of perlite, I water them once in a week or two-three weeks depending on how quickly the soil dries out. They are getting 14 hours of grow light daily. Recently I've started watering them more often when I noticed the wrinkles on the leaves.
