Document rejection by Infosys launchpad
Today I got this mail,as they mentioned in the zoom meeting if provisional certificate is not issued now,then the students can upload the course Completion Certificate under provisional certificate category,I followed their instructions as it is and still I got this mail,i verified multiple times is am really submitted the document under incorrect category but i correctly submitted everything, lastly I re-uploaded the course Completion Certificate under the provisional Certificate category and re initiated the BGV today,Can anyone pls help me what is the reason behind the rejection
