Scabies Remedy PLEASE!

Hello all,

I'm in the middle of quite an ordeal trying to kill these mites - both in my skin and in my living space. The meds have not been as effective as needed, the Docs have been slow and just referencing the CDC which needs to be updated - so I've been left to my own devices for weeks now -

IDENTIFICATION OF PATHOGEN

No idea which type of mite it is - so it could be another variety and not scabies but I have no idea - I do have a dust allergy so that makes me thing the I might be allergic to all mites more then other people

INITIAL EXPOSURE

I was working at a farm where they use predatory mites on plants. There are also farm cats so indoor/outdoor cats - who DID have fleas and I thot I was told mites as well - but that statement is being disputed now

MEDICS SEEN

Ive seen 5 medical practitioners (urgent care, primary DR, an ER doc and 2 dermatologist) and 2 crisis lines - as my Docs left me with a 6 mo waiting list for the Dermatologist in the city - and crisis line working informed me of local derm docs)

CURRENT TREATMENT

I did just get more meds but I'm not entirely sure they are working as well as they should be and I'm running out of ideas as to how else I could treat this. And need to be proactive on my plan B so I can maintain the little progress I have now.

----------

MAIN QUESTION HERE:

So what can be said about Wormwood- taken either internally or topically? would that be of help or is there anything else I should consider? -

--------

HOME TREATMENT

ive used sulfur cream and bath, oatmeal, neem, clove, borax, dr. bronner peppermint soap, diatomaceous earth, peroxide, Aztec healing clay aka calcium bentonite clay (super helpful) - and a hairdryer for heat to avoid itchy - it seems like it helps to kill them a bit. _ plus the Ivermectin and Permethrin cream prescribed.

CURRENT STATUS

Not great - its been a full on episode for what this can do - I think my DIY treatment was helping to keep things at bay A BIT, so barely treading water if at all - and even after the med I already saw one area that looks like it spread a bit - so im very concerned. I do seem less itchy but still significantly so - although my skin is very dry by now and it's hard to tell which type of itch is going on. -

My DIY treatment has been hard on my skin and my upper body is pretty sensitive at the moment in places so its not sustainable to continue what I've been doing - also I think the peppermint soap and clay are fairly safe and oatmeal. So my upper body has a bit of light chemical burn at the moment - I think is how you would describe it - not terrible but def s something I have to be cautious with at this point - that area is improving but far from on the upper ward swing yet.

CLEANING OF ENVIRONMENT
This has been as much of an environmental issue as well - meaning figuring out how to disinfect my space to a degree that is actually effective in killing them. I have a pretty good practice going now but Im still unsure if my clothes are getting clean enough and the hard surfaces as well - such as my desk and then tarp I have over my sleeping pad that I put clean sheets on each night -

So any advice on how to clean/disinfect surfaces would also me equally as helpful.

Any and all ideas are very welcomed, thank you for everyone who practices this regularly!

DESIRE TO LEARN

I've been causal in my learning, just as I go, and have gone down other paths but a full program has always called to me and that call is getting louder so helpfully one day soon I can full dive in.

Ok thats it - thank you for reading, for your practice and for your time - prayers are also welcomed. Blessing to you all!!

Thank you kindly!!!
