Should I get balance transfer from new bank?

So I have 1 Reno loan (DBS), 2 personal loans (Citibank & UOB), 2 credit card outstanding balance (Citibank & UOB).

I have converted my Citibank CC outstanding balance into installments. I'm left with UOB CC outstanding of $3.6K, which I'm paying the minimum. I'm planning to get balance transfer to pay off full my UOB CC.

My question is, should I get Balance Transfer from UOB or Citibank , or new bank? I'm considering Standard Chartered. If I do apply SC, I'll be managing 4 banks.

I tried to read more on Citibank Balanced transfer but it's very vague. I have to call to ask .

The Core Tour - Missing some cities

Is anyone sad that they're not coming to some S.E.A countries like Singapore or Malaysia?

considering it's a world tour. I'm upset I'm not able to watch them. I'm wondering what's the cause of this logistics? As someone who's unable to travel other countries to see them, this is really disappointing 😭😭 I love them so much

How to ask pay increment as Administrator?

I'm in mid 30s and have worked for 16 years. I've worked in Officer Administration/Office Executive all my life.

I'm currently earning $3150, and am overdue for increment. I've work at my current place for 3 years and I want to ask increment to $3500 because of the additional work load I'm doing and because of my long working experience.

The issue is I feel my boss might not agree to it because he sees academic qualification as indicator, I don't even have diploma. I have a colleague who's way lesser working experience but have Degree and she's doing similar work as me.

Can anyone advise how can I convince my boss to agree to that increment, aside that I've taken new & additional roles past 2 years? TIA
