Paychex and 401(k)

We are seriously considering moving off Paychex as the last 6 months have been problem after problem with no accountability. However, we have a 401(k) plan with them. Anyone know how to unwind this so we can go elsewhere? We have about 45 employees.

British pounds AND dollars?

Anyone else experience this with reports? I sent the month end financials to one of my clients from the “management reports” section and some lines show British pounds. This is an American company who has only done deals with one client in Canada, all other clients are in America. No reason for British pounds to be showing. Ideas?
