Hello everyone,

I bought a PRS SE John Mayer Silver Sky in Stone Blue when it first came out a few years ago, but I’ve honestly been thinking about getting the American Silver Sky instead but I really like this SE guitar mainly because of the color and overall feel, but I’m considering a different approach.

I was thinking about installing 635JM pickups into this SE model, and also maybe swapping in the bridge from the American version. I’m not sure it makes sense to sell this guitar, since I probably wouldn’t get much for it anyway, I paid around €1100 for it new when it first arrived in the shop.

What do you think: would it be worth upgrading the SE like this?
